Welcome to Lumee Land! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, digital products, physical materials, and associated services (collectively, the “Services”) available through www.lumeeland.com (the “Site”).

By accessing or using any part of our Site or Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Lumee Land offers:

  • Downloadable digital products such as worksheets, games, flashcards, and activities.

  • Educational content and learning materials through print-on-demand platforms.

  • Blog content, email newsletters, free resources, and product updates.

  • Visual and audio materials including story-based videos, chants, and tutorials.

Some products may be subject to additional guidelines or restrictions listed on their respective pages. By purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to adhere to its usage rules.

2. License and Permitted Use

When you purchase or download a product from Lumee Land, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

You MAY:

  • Use the product for home education or classroom instruction under your direct control.

  • Print and reproduce worksheets for students you personally teach.

  • Store the file on personal or work devices for private use.

You MAY NOT:

  • Share the file with others via email, drive links, or public groups.

  • Upload it to public sites, forums, cloud drives, or social platforms.

  • Sell, rebrand, translate, or modify the product and distribute it.

  • Use the content in AI model training, commercial products, or curriculum design without explicit permission.

 

Can I use this in my classroom?

Yes, our license covers classroom use under your supervision. You may print and use the materials with your students, but you may not share the files with other teachers or upload them to school servers or shared drives.

Violation of these terms may result in restricted access and, if necessary, legal enforcement.

 

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content provided on Lumee Land—including text, graphics, characters, illustrations, layouts, animations, audio, videos, and downloadable files—is the intellectual property of Lumee Land and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

Nothing on the Site grants you ownership rights over any materials, whether purchased or free.

4. Account Creation and Management

Some features of our Site may require creating a user account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.

  • Accept full responsibility for any activity conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to disable or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms.

5. Ordering, Payment, and Currency

All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment systems (e.g., Stripe, Wix Payments, PayPal). We do not store your payment details.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that your billing and delivery information is accurate.

  • Paying any taxes, VAT, customs fees, or currency exchange fees, if applicable.

  • Understanding that prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

6. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered via immediate download or email link after successful payment. Please:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder if your download email does not arrive.

  • Contact us at hello@lumeeland.com if you experience any delivery issues within 7 days of purchase.

We are not responsible for incomplete downloads or technical issues beyond our control. However, we’re happy to help! If you accidentally delete your file or lose access, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll help you retrieve a fresh download link.

All digital purchases include at least 30 days of access and download assistance.

7. Print-on-Demand (POD) and Physical Products

Some Lumee Land products are fulfilled through POD services or third-party distributors. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to shipping carriers, customs, or logistics errors.

  • Regional unavailability of certain products.

  • Inaccurate information provided by the customer.

All POD-related shipping, refund, or return issues must follow the respective platform’s policies (e.g., Amazon KDP, Lulu).

8. Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

  • POD/physical products may be replaced or refunded only in cases of printing defects, incorrect items, or damage.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include order details and photo evidence.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

 

9. Free Resources, Discounts, and Promotions

Free downloads, coupons, or limited-time offers may be available from time to time. These offers:

  • Must be used in accordance with the stated terms.

  • Are not redeemable for cash or applicable retroactively.

  • May be withdrawn or changed without notice.

Free resources are subject to the same usage restrictions as paid products.

10. Accessibility, Compatibility, and Limitations

We strive to make our materials accessible across common platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android). For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader and modern web browsers.

We do not guarantee that all content will function identically across all devices, browsers, or software environments.

11. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Change or discontinue any part of the Site or Services without notice.

  • Update prices, product details, or access methods at any time.

  • Suspend, restrict, or terminate access to users who violate these Terms or misuse our content.

We are not liable for service outages, maintenance delays, or third-party service failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumee Land shall not be liable for:

All products are intended as supplemental resources and do not guarantee academic or developmental outcomes.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lumee Land and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your misuse of our content.

  • Any infringement of intellectual property rights by you or someone using your account.

 

14. General Legal Terms

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Lumee Land.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest remains in effect.

Governing Language: These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted based on the English version.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction appropriate to the operator of Lumee Land or as otherwise agreed between parties.
