Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lumee Land! We value your trust and satisfaction and want to make sure your experience with us is as clear, fair, and transparent as possible. This Refund Policy outlines our practices and procedures regarding refunds and exchanges for both digital and physical products.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Overview

Our products are primarily designed to support learning through engaging and creative educational materials. Many of our items, especially digital files, are delivered instantly and are non-returnable once downloaded. For physical items produced via print-on-demand (POD) partners, additional return or exchange terms may apply.

We strive to offer quality and accuracy in every product listing and preview so that you can make an informed decision before purchasing. However, we understand that unexpected issues can arise and are committed to helping resolve any concerns within reasonable guidelines.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable products are final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Printable worksheets and workbooks

  • Flashcards and activity sets

  • PDF files, audio files, and video links

  • Interactive learning guides or bonus materials

Digital files are considered fully delivered upon successful payment and download availability.

If you encounter any technical issues accessing your digital purchase (e.g., broken link, corrupt file), please reach out to us at hello@lumeeland.com within 7 days of purchase. We are happy to assist with troubleshooting or provide a fresh download link.

3. Print-on-Demand (POD) and Physical Products

We partner with third-party POD platforms (such as Amazon KDP or Lulu) to fulfill printed books and other tangible products. As these items are custom-printed upon order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer error.

However, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Printed incorrectly

  • Containing missing or misaligned content

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To initiate a request, please:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue

  3. Attach clear photographs of the product and any damage or error

Once we verify the issue, we will coordinate with the POD provider to either issue a replacement or provide a refund at no additional cost to you.

Please note that refund or replacement approval is at our discretion based on the evidence provided.

4. Discounted and Promotional Items

Items purchased using discount codes, during special sales, or as part of promotional bundles are subject to the same refund criteria as full-price items. However, partial refunds will not be issued if you forget to apply a discount code or if prices change after your purchase is completed.

5. Unauthorized Purchases or Duplicate Orders

If you believe a purchase was made without your consent or if you accidentally placed the same order twice, please notify us immediately at hello@lumeeland.com. We will investigate the situation and, if applicable, provide a refund for the duplicate or unauthorized transaction.

Please report any such issues within 3 days of the transaction to ensure timely handling.

6. Timeframe for Refund Resolution

Approved refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your original payment method and financial institution. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been initiated.

If you do not see the refunded amount after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us again.
