• Cut out the Magic E character and prepare it for the activity • Create the flap card by cutting along the line and attaching the opposite side to form a flap • Read the CVC word first without Magic E • Add the Magic E character to complete the word • Read the new word aloud and compare the sounds
💡 Learning Tip:
For CVC words, always read the word in CVC form first, then add Magic E and read it again in CVCe form to clearly hear how the vowel sound changes.
